Are you celebrating in 2022?

2021 saw us create so many special cakes, from big celebration birthday's to small family gatherings, from our wonderful local customers to those that were here on holiday, and this year we are looking forward to doing it all again and hopefully even more!

Birthday cakes have been part of our birthday celebrations for hundreds of years in some form, and in recent years have grown into some quite incredible and spectacular creations to show a particular interest/s of the recipient.

Here at Fine Fodder we offer something slightly different with our "Celebration Dessert Cakes", these cakes are layers of light, fluffy sponge of a flavour of your choice, and can then be sandwiched with buttercream, chocolate ganache, fresh cream and fruit, fruit curd or biscuit crumb, finished with rich chocolate ganache, buttercream, fresh flowers, a hand piped chocolate disc or profiteroles, the possibilities really are endless...

So if you have a birthday coming up, then take a look at our Cakes & Celebration Desserts page on our website to see the sort of thing we can offer or perhaps you have something bespoke in mind; we are always open to ideas and can work with you to create something tailored to the recipient and their likes. Cakes can be made as small or as big as you need them, so whether it's a cake for your parents or grandparents to share between them or one big enough to feed your party of 100, we can do this, delivered locally to your door at a time and day to suit you.

Not a cake fan? Then why not have a decadent dessert instead, our meringue desserts have been going down a treat, you could choose a meringue tower, gateau or roulade filled with fresh cream and fruit or perhaps a croquembouche for those chocolate lovers out there and everything can be created in a way that still makes it special for a birthday celebration.

We hope this offers you some inspiration and ideas of what we can do and we look forward to hearing from you and getting creative with your baking requests.

Sue
